The Sidi X-Power boots are about a high level of protection and a perfect fit for any rider. Suitable for wearing in different weather conditions Sidi also made sure that they are comfortable enough for long and extreme rides. These perfect sport touring motorcycle boots are available in different colours and a significant size range which gives a very wide variety to choose from.
The main material used in the production is Technomicro Microfiber Leather which provides the wearer with two very important features: durability and protection. Thanks to this material these leather motorcycle boots are sturdy and offer a good grip on the bike pedal.
Additionally, this material is known to be lighter than traditional leather, therefore giving a better flexibility and lightweight.
Safety-wise, there are a lot of features to mention as well.
First, the Sidi X-Power leather boots were carefully tested and certified to EN13634:2017 standards. This is a very good level of protection that ensures any rider that their legs are safe in case of falls, jumps, and slides. This level of protection was achieved thanks to the following features:
Ankle Brace and Ankle Cup are reinforcements located at the ankle area that play an important role. The brace is there to give additional stability to the ankle joint and reduce the risk of twisting in case of falling. On the other hand, Ankle Cup gives an impact absorption and helps to spread the force evenly in the event of a fall.
Sidi has also included a shin guard, which is made of a hard material, giving good protection to the shin bone and surrounding soft tissues. This part is especially important for off-road lovers.
